His focus is on value creation through developing leaders, delivering talent competence and capability including talent acquisition and co-creating executable strategy.

Having worked globally in Europe, the UK, Middle East, Americas & across Asia, Nadeem splits time between London and Dubai offering reach across geographies. His experience cuts across multiple sectors including FMCG, technology, eCommerce, engineering, supply chain and logistics companies. 

He is an alumnus of Meyler Campbell, a Chartered Member of CIPD, an MBA and a graduate of the Financial Times Non-Executive Director Diploma.
